Do I need an account?
No. Every swap is a one-off order. Save your order ID and link to track it.
Floating vs fixed rate?
Floating follows the market until your deposit confirms — usually the better rate. Fixed locks the quoted rate for the order lifetime, in exchange for a slightly wider spread.
I sent the wrong amount
The order switches to "Action needed" and you choose: continue at the market rate, or get a refund minus the network fee.
Who holds my funds?
Nobody, in the account sense. The exchange executes on receipt and pays out to the address you gave. We never store balances.
